Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine the most effective treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, using various methodologies including therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, stretching techniques, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document each patient's progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Reevaluate and modify therapeutic goals regularly in response to patient progress or challenges.
• Provide patients, caregivers, and family members with training on the use of assistive devices and physical therapy techniques to promote self-care and improve quality of life.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy through continuous education workshops and professional networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from children to older adults, each with unique rehabilitation needs. You will engage with patients recovering from various conditions, such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgery rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. This diversity will challenge you to apply your expertise creatively and compassionately to help each patient reach their highest potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred).
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Strong computer proficiency for documentation and patient tracking purposes.
• A proactive approach to learning; willingness to engage in mentorship and guidance.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

We welcome candidates with at least two years of relevant professional experience. However, newly graduated physical therapists are also encouraged to apply, as we provide mentorship opportunities tailored to support your initial career development.
