Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our outpatient office, which features state-of-the-art facilities and equipment designed to facilitate effective rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, interpreting examination findings to determine the nature and extent of physical dysfunction due to medical conditions, injuries, or other health-related issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments that consider age, medical history, and specific functional goals to enhance the recovery process.
• Regularly communicate patient progress or any concerns to supervisors and collaborating healthcare team members, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing related administrative tasks such as posting daily charges in patient records.
• Create thorough documentation that complies with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards to ensure proper patient care and business operations.
• Guide and instruct patients' families and nursing staff on follow-through programs to support continued recovery and rehabilitation at home.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including regular checks and maintenance of therapeutic equipment.
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Corporate Compliance Agreement, upholding professional standards and applicable state and federal laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to provide care to a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and a range of musculoskeletal conditions. You will leverage your expertise to support patients of all ages in achieving their functional goals, ensuring they receive respectful, individualized attention throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapy licensure in good standing in the State of California.
• Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic/sports rehabilitation and musculoskeletal therapy.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based exercises and the ability to develop tailored therapeutic programs accommodating various ability levels and comorbid conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on patient education and the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Capability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

Revitalize PT and Fitness Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
