This position is primarily remote, aligning with the school calendar, offering flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, drawing insights from interviews and evaluations to understand and identify students' emotional, social, and behavioral needs.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions tailored to each student's needs, utilizing evidence-based methods to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties.

• Facilitate group therapy on relevant topics such as bullying prevention, stress management, and the development of social skills.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop interventions for behavioral concerns ensuring a cohesive approach across student support systems.

• Provide crisis intervention skills, performing risk assessments, and planning safety strategies as necessary, to maintain a secure environment for all students.

• Organize and lead psychoeducation workshops designed for students, parents, and school staff, ensuring best practices in mental health awareness and support.

• Assist in transition planning for students needing additional support, facilitating connections to community-based resources to promote ongoing mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
