This role is a remote position primarily supporting school settings, ensuring that social work interventions can directly address the specific needs of students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to identify emotional, social, and academic challenges they may be facing.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing adjustment issues, grief, anxiety, and other mental health concerns affecting students.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each student's educational and therapeutic goals, collaborating closely with teachers and school administrators.

• Coordinate with community organizations and external stakeholders to ensure students have access to necessary resources and services following discharge from therapy.

• Offer guidance and education to students and families about available resources, treatment options, and strategies to foster emotional resilience.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate emotional and psychological support during critical situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, and interactions in adherence to regulatory standards.

• Participate in training, staff meetings, and interdisciplinary committees to contribute your expertise and promote mental health awareness within the school community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the school setting, including children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds with varying mental health needs. You'll be instrumental in addressing issues such as academic stress, family dynamics, bullying, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
