Description: We are seeking candidates who are experienced in all areas of the department. Responsibilities include the decontamination of various items, including drills and scopes. Candidates will be involved in the assembly of all instruments across service lines. Experience with the sterilization process using Sterrad and steam is required. High-Level Disinfection (HLD) and scope experience are essential. Candidates must have sterile storage and Operating Room liaison experience. Familiarity with the Censitrac tracking system is preferred. The role may require floating to different locations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional holidays. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced and busy environment. An Instrumentation Coordinator role entails ensuring equipment is sterilized and functioning properly. The position requires collaboration with multiple reprocessing sites within the health system. Candidates must be able to follow compliance procedures and timelines diligently. Two professional references are needed prior to hiring; one must be from a managerial position.
