Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including support therapies for addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards to protect patient data.

• Work as part of a collaborative treatment team including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them navigate emotional and practical challenges associated with serious illness.

• Stay abreast of current mental health research and clinical practices, integrating new knowledge into therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with patients facing life-limiting illnesses, providing them and their families with emotional support and mental health resources. Your expertise will help patients cope with the psychological aspects of their conditions, contributing to a holistic approach in hospice care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
