Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to aid patients in their recovery journey.

• Facilitate various psychoeducational and support groups, promoting community, shared experiences, and mental health literacy among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care to patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to manage and support patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available in the community to further bolster support.

• Maintain precise and confidential records while adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings while pursuing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
