Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults experiencing moderate difficulties that can benefit from guidance and support. Our diverse client base includes individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and mild depression. By fostering a trusting therapist-client relationship, you will empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.

• No disciplinary actions on record, demonstrating your dedication to ethical practice.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a high level of computer literacy to navigate our telehealth platform effortlessly.

• Consistent access to stable Wi-Fi, ensuring reliable connectivity for client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth or online counseling is a plus, although we are also open to therapists transitioning from traditional in-person practices.
