Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist works closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to support the firm's marketing and business development initiatives. This role helps drive revenue through strategic marketing, client development, thought leadership, and brand-building efforts. The Specialist executes marketing plans aligned with assigned practice groups' business goals, collaborating with attorneys, firm leadership, and cross-functional marketing teams to support client retention, business growth, and new business opportunities. Key Responsibilitie sStrategic Marketing & Business Developmen tSupport the development and execution of marketing and business development plans for assigned practice groups .Assist with initiatives that promote client retention, cross-selling, and new client acquisition .Identify target markets and support campaigns, sponsorships, events, and other revenue-generating initiatives .Coordinate marketing efforts with attorneys and firm leadership across offices . Marketing Executi onExecute marketing activities for assigned practice group s.Develop and maintain marketing materials, including pitches, qualifications, website content, and experience list s.Support RFP/RFI responses in partnership with the Pitch & Proposal tea m.Assist with industry events, sponsorships, client programs, directory submissions, awards, and thought leadership initiative s.Collaborate on branding, communications, public relations, and integrated marketing campaign s.Utilize CRM, experience management, and other marketing technologies to support business development effort s. Qualificati ons3+ years of marketing or business development experien ce.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn firm applications, including Salesforce, WordPress, and iMana ge.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, or a related fie ld.Experience in a law firm or professional services environme #J-18808-Ljbffr
