  Seek support and advice from the Therapy Leadership Team as needed, fostering continuous improvement in your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will predominantly focus on adults experiencing various emotional and psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Brightside’s unique treatment model has achieved remarkable success, with 86% of our members reporting significant improvement within 12 weeks. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and possess a valid LPC license to practice in Oregon. A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or therapeutic role is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health principles.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth services and those familiar with the Unified Protocol and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) will have an advantage. Training in CAMS is offered for licensed counselors seeking to support clients at elevated risk for suicide within our Crisis Care Program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our remote counselors benefit from a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, with options for both 1099 and W2 employment arrangements available for those in high-demand states.
