Payroll Specialist

Process standalone payroll for employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN). Manage biweekly payroll processing for hourly employees and monthly payroll processing for salaried employees. Review, validate, and process employee timecards to ensure payroll accuracy. Resolve payroll discrepancies, investigate variances, and correct payroll-related issues in a timely manner. Prepare and post payroll journal entries to support accurate financial reporting. Perform payroll tax processing, reporting, and compliance activities. Reconcile payroll payments and payroll-related accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide timely resolution to payroll-related questions. Support payroll audits and provide documentation as needed. Work independently in a part-time, in-office environment while managing multiple payroll cycles and deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
