As a mental health therapist at Rethink Counseling, you will have access to various telemedicine tools that facilitate easy communication and foster therapeutic relationships without geographical limitations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately identify mental health concerns. Develop tailored treatment plans and effective therapeutic interventions based on individual client needs. Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. Set clear, achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress through ongoing communication and adjustment of treatment plans. Highlight the importance of maintaining thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, to adhere to ethical and legal standards. Participate in supervision and peer consultation to strengthen therapeutic techniques and skills. Utilize teletherapy platforms proficiently to ensure clients have accessible means for remote sessions. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, seeking help for various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, and other emotional struggles. As a member of our team, you will provide compassionate care to individuals of all ages, empowering them to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster healing in their personal lives. Qualifications A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD). A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic modalities and a commitment to providing empathetic, client-centered care. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with the team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a remote caseload effectively. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a telehealth setting or providing therapy through virtual platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with clinical documentation software and teletherapy tools will help in streamlining your workflow and delivering a superior experience for clients. Compensation and Benefits We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
