Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients and formulate tailored treatment plans. Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using customized therapeutic techniques, suited to individual client goals. Monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective care. Document all sessions accurately for compliance and ethical continuity, including progress notes and treatment updates. Provide options for teletherapy sessions, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for your clients. Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and enhance therapeutic modalities. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with individuals grappling with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. By employing evidence-based strategies in therapy, you will help clients develop coping mechanisms, improve their wellbeing, and foster resilience. Your commitment to personalized mental health care will significantly assist clients on their journey toward recovery and empowerment. Qualifications Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) credential. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Demonstrated strengths in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients. Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach towards client concerns. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your time effectively. Preferred Experience Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in teletherapy, is preferred. Familiarity with digital health tools such as electronic health record (EHR) systems can be advantageous. A background in working with diverse populations will enhance your ability to cater to the varied needs of clients in our care. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
