About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Sales Vice President for Inside Sales to drive the business development of Government and Healthcare segmented customers. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting profitable and sustainable growth, managing a significant revenue stream, and leading a large team of sales employees. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales, strong business and financial acumen, and the ability to effectively manage and expand a sales team. The Regional Sales Vice President will be responsible for achieving growth and profitability targets, optimizing the sales team structure, and fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centric values. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a background that demonstrates strong leadership, sales, and customer segment intelligence. The role demands a leader with the skills to coach, develop, and inspire a large team, as well as the ability to collaborate with various internal partners to maintain important customer relationships. Financial skills are essential for creating business strategies and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales environment, be adept at resource allocation, and have a strong commitment to the values and principles of the company. Minimal travel is required, but the role does expect a significant in-office presence to support the teams.
