Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health conditions, utilizing applicable diagnosis tools.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address unique client needs and promote their personal growth and overall well-being.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress to adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, demonstrating our commitment to professionalism.

• Engage in regular team meetings, supervision, and continuous professional development to remain updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT at Hopestone Counseling Services will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, ensuring that your therapeutic approaches cater to a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds, thereby enhancing client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary range for this position is USD 83,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
