Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to determine appropriate intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and tailor individualized treatment plans reflecting their unique goals, preferences, and treatment needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in addressing mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, self-care practices, and coping strategies to foster empowerment and recovery.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy and relevance.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to promote a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
