Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our electronic health record (EHR) system, upholding compliance with local and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to client care, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Respond effectively to crises, providing immediate intervention for clients in acute distress or emergency situations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
