Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s circumstances.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Employ knowledge of emerging research and best practices in marriage and family therapy to continuously improve clinical interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably with a focus on substance abuse therapy and related issues.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused interventions and a strong commitment to client-centered practices.
