Position
Accounting Staff (Food Manufacturing Company)
Summary
Responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks within the accounting department of a food manufacturing company, including cash management, accounts receivable/payable, and support for monthly and annual closing.
Essential Duties
- Enter accounting data by account category (Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable)
- Process vouchers and related documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing payments
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing operations
- Prepare and submit various financial reports and materials
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Salary and Benefit
- Hourly Wage: $22–$27 (Non-exempt, depending on experience)

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Skills:
- Basic accounting knowledge and accurate data entry ability
- Proficiency in Windows PC and Microsoft Excel
- Japanese (Professional level) and English (Business level)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills across departments
