Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to establish individual care plans that meet their unique psychological and emotional needs.

• Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping for all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily provide support for patients in hospice care, a population facing significant emotional and psychological challenges. Your specialized training in clinical social work will allow you to address issues related to anxiety, depression, and existential concerns experienced by patients in hospice settings.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
