Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to establish clear client needs.

• Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapies.

• Facilitate timely coordination of care with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic support for clients.
\n
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation as per Medi-Cal and ethical standards to ensure accountability and quality of care.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve service delivery.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and advocacy as needed, empowering clients to navigate their circumstances and enhance their resiliency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including trauma survivors, youth, adults with co-occurring disorders, and marginalized communities. Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in community mental health, outpatient therapy, or related behavioral health settings is required.

• Demonstrated passion for providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented mental health care.

• Strong skills in clinical documentation, case management, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual or multilingual fluency is a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
