Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous video therapy sessions for adolescents, using structured CBT techniques to address a range of emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Regularly assess client progress through self-administered symptom evaluations and utilize these insights to adjust treatment plans during sessions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and other therapists within our integrated care team to ensure a comprehensive approach to client treatment.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation within our user-friendly therapist portal, which is designed for optimized workflow and efficient record-keeping.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and consultation meetings with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical decision-making and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive annual salary range for this role is USD 80,000 to 100,000 , depending on your experience and qualifications.
