Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver specialized care for adolescents faced with serious mental health issues, cognitive impairments, or developmental disabilities, tailoring approaches to ensure their needs are met.

• Lead group counseling sessions on various topics related to mental health, fostering a sense of community and shared learning among participants.

• Maintain detailed documentation, producing concise notes that reflect intake sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to uphold our standards of accountability and efficacy.

• Provide training and support to probation and detention staff, equipping them with effective strategies and resourceful ideas to better assist adolescents under their care.

• Coordinate discharge planning with community providers to ensure continuity of care post-treatment, facilitating smooth transitions for adolescents back into their communities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adolescents experiencing a wide array of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, complemented by an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
