This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your designated professional environment. Our telehealth platform facilitates effective communication and therapeutic interventions, providing a seamless experience for both counselors and clients. You will need a strong internet connection and a quiet workspace equipped for video conferencing, as this is crucial for conducting evaluations and sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the varying needs of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations to ascertain the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care efforts, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Develop, implement, and maintain customized treatment plans that align with the client's needs and goals, regularly reviewing and updating as necessary.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including treatment notes, assessment results, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Respond to changing circumstances in patient care by demonstrating clinical judgment and flexibility in therapeutic approaches.

• Participate in supervision and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• At least 3 years of experience providing counseling services, with a demonstrated ability to engage with clients effectively.

• Exceptional responsiveness, operational skills, and adaptability to new technologies that enhance patient care.

• A thorough understanding of crisis management techniques and the ability to provide immediate support in stressful situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
