Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Support: You will conduct detailed assessments and craft tailored treatment plans that incorporate both individual and group therapy sessions. Your goal is to help clients overcome their dependencies and foster lasting positive change in their lives.

• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress. You will ensure that records are continually updated and compliant with state and federal regulations, allowing for thorough chart audits and clinical review in cooperation with the clinical director.

• Teamwork: Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders. Participation in staff meetings and clinical supervision is critical, as you work alongside psychiatrists and nurses to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve guiding school-aged clients who are grappling with mental health disorders or dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license in Social Work (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
