Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work arrangement that supports work-life balance. Working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the LCSW will engage in various telehealth settings, utilizing modern technology to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the unique needs, strengths, and challenges of each patient, ensuring tailored interventions.
