Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' emotional, psychological, and situational issues.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with adolescents, adults, and families, employing a culturally sensitive approach that respects and embraces diversity. You'll play a crucial role in providing compassionate and effective care to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least 3 years of experience working in clinical settings, with hands-on experience in providing therapeutic services.

• Proficient in diagnosis and treatment planning, as well as completing detailed progress notes.

• Exhibit an understanding of and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to connect authentically with clients.

• Strong skills in behavioral therapy and patient care, with a solid foundation in medical documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While the required qualifications include a Master's degree and clinical skills, preference will be given to candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Experience in community mental health settings and familiarization with telehealth practices will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and background.
