Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing established protocols to inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address specific client challenges.

• Continuously evaluate and document clients’ progress towards their treatment goals, adjusting therapeutic strategies and interventions as necessary to maximize efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention and support by developing immediate safety plans and resources for clients in high-risk situations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure holistic and integrated care solutions, actively participating in case consultations when needed.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all documentation aligns with ethical standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clientele encompasses individuals, couples, and families, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Lancaster, PA, and its surrounding communities. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients from different backgrounds toward meaningful recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
