Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic processes to identify client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of counseling modalities and strategies to address specific mental health challenges.

• Utilize the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) for diagnosing mental health disorders and establishing appropriate intervention strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic support for our clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, employing computer software for effective data management and service delivery, including virtual consultations.

• Conduct regular follow-up assessments to evaluate treatment progress, adjust care strategies, and ensure clients achieve desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, providing therapeutic interventions that cater to their unique developmental stages and life circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Proven experience working with diverse client groups across the lifespan.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.
\n
• Strong understanding of human development principles and evidence-based counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 91,000 to 104,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
