Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Clearwater, Florida, and involves delivering onsite services within clients' homes. Operating in a home care setting allows our physical therapists to provide individualized attention in a comfortable environment, fostering better rapport and communication with patients. Our team works from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to establish therapy goals and objectives tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure a manageable patient load of one individual per hour, allowing for focused and effective therapy sessions.
• Administer cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion, strength, and overall mobility.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic techniques, ensuring they are grounded in evidence-based practice.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs that address patients' unique health goals and needs.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation throughout the treatment process to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach that enhances patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records to track progress and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with the patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists work with a diverse clientele, focusing primarily on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. Our holistic approach emphasizes rehabilitation that not only addresses physical limitations but also supports emotional and psychological well-being. Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Extensive knowledge of manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement various therapeutic approaches in patient care.
• Strong proficiency in exercise program design and implementation tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to ensure effective patient management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, particularly in home care environments.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload while ensuring high-quality, personalized care for each patient.
• Experience utilizing innovative therapy techniques and tools that enhance patient engagement and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
