Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will provide support to clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your interpersonal skills will be key to building rapport and trust, allowing clients to express their concerns and engage actively in their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and active licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n
