Key Responsibilities

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following:

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their medical history and specific orthopedic conditions.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate the patient's physical abilities and identify any limitations in mobility or function.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in effective communication with patients regarding their treatment plans, expected outcomes, and any concerns they may have about their recovery.
• Provide education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies to promote independence and long-term health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive care while contributing to team meetings and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
