Key Responsibilities\n

  Assess and diagnose patients using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, as appropriate, to create personalized treatment plans that recognize cultural diversity and special needs.

  Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress by implementing tailored interventions and strategies designed to support their mental health diagnoses.

  Maintain accurate treatment records and reports through current technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

  Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to outline and refine comprehensive treatment plans that focus on desired health outcomes.

  Identify patient safety concerns and develop objectives aimed at symptom reduction, fostering open communication in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
