Accountant II

Compensation: $ 70000-75000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant II to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys hands‑on general ledger work, month‑end close, and supporting multiple entities. Key Responsibilities & Duties Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger activity Support daily and monthly transaction balancing Maintain trial balances across multiple entities Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes Handle cash activity, receipts, and payment discrepancies Support accounts receivable, collections, and customer credit approvals Process accounts payable checks, wires, and ACH payments Maintain records, filing, and secure document storage Assist with sales tax, inventory accounting, and variance analysis Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on accounting matters Required Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable experience Advanced Excel skills, including formulas High attention to detail and strong organization Ability to work independently and within a team Strong time management and deadline management skills Professional communication and customer service approach Nice to Have Skills & Experience CPA or CPA-eligible status Experience with payroll Inventory accounting knowledge Cost accounting exposure Experience supporting multiple entities Familiarity with ERP systems Comfort using Microsoft Teams and Copilot This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package-details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
