Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through video sessions, ensuring a personalized approach to each patient's unique needs.

• Perform virtual evaluations and record detailed patient histories, including mental status and health history, to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, including examination results and treatment progress, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in case consultations to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey is mandatory.

• Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and staying current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Proficiency in using electronic clinical systems and electronic health record (EHR) applications is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Skyrise Behavioral Health System offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
