Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, employing an array of therapeutic techniques suited to their unique situations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that delve deep into clients' strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals to inform personalized interventions.

• Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans to promote effective and sustainable outcomes tailored to each client's needs.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including primary care providers and community organizations, to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists are responsible for providing care to a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, you can expect:
