People HR Partner: Drive Onboarding, Performance & Culture
CBRE
CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner in Houston to support the rollout of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. You will assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management while guiding employee relations and disciplinary actions. You will collaborate with managers to identify risks, conduct investigations, and manage HR functions across a business unit, including compensation and labor relations.
