Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license to practice as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage a caseload of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with previous experience in teletherapy, group therapy, or specialized areas such as trauma recovery or addiction treatment will be given preferential consideration. A history of working within a collaborative therapy environment is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
