Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing excellent care to our clients. Specifically, you will:

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our therapist portal, streamlining your workflow and enhancing patient management.

• Engage in ongoing support and consultations with our Therapy Leadership Team to discuss complex cases and ensure best practices are followed.

• Formulate diagnoses in line with DSM V standards, laying the foundation for effective treatment strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using recognized therapeutic models, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and brief therapy, to address specific client challenges.
