Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Active Mobility PT, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Implementing and modifying treatment programs tailored to various conditions and injuries, including orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and sports medicine cases.
• Engaging in evidence-based therapeutic practices that lead to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Providing skilled and purposeful therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment, to enhance patient functionality and mobility.
• Consulting with and educating patients and their caregivers on self-management strategies and lifestyle adjustments to support ongoing recovery.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records as part of compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment outcomes, and best practices.
