Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychotherapy and deliver a range of mental health services tailored to the diverse needs of clients seeking support.

• Utilize clinical assessments and psychological tests to accurately evaluate and diagnose clients, ensuring they receive appropriate interventions.

• Design individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and responsive to the unique circumstances presented by each client.
\n
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, involving thorough suicide assessments and, when required, facilitating hospitalizations.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care, leading to enhanced patient outcomes.

• Maintain detailed, timely documentation of client interactions and therapeutic services rendered, adhering to all regulatory requirements.

• Engage in the continual development and refinement of clinic policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of practice.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to ensure ongoing learning and growth within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse group of clients, specifically those receiving hospice care, individuals seeking emotional support, as well as families coping with grief and loss. Your work will not only address immediate mental health concerns but also empower clients and their loved ones as they navigate complex feelings during significant life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years clinical experience in providing mental health services, with a strong emphasis on working with individuals, couples, and families.

• Proficient knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions that address a wide range of psychological issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
