Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong relationships based on trust and respect, while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license, which is unrestricted, independent, and currently active.

• Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for efficient documentation and communication.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Additionally, our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, allowing counselors to receive payment ahead of collections, thus minimizing financial waiting times.
