Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 4 months (LOA coverage role)
- Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours per Week: 40 hours per week

Job Summary
This is a Billing Administrator contract role supporting LOA coverage for a large manufacturing organization. The position is primarily focused on managing the Billing team's email inbox, which accounts for 90% of the role, with other administrative duties making up the remaining 10%. This is a high-volume email environment handling approximately 200 emails per day in a centralized email box. Note: this role does not involve billing duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Billing team email inbox (90% of time)
- Routing and answering emails
- Sending out invoice copies as per requests
- Other admin duties as needed (10% of time)
Required Skills
- Must have good email communication skills
- Confident and coherent written communication
- Ability to manage a high volume of emails (approximately 200 per day in a centralized email box)
