About the Role

We are seeking sales and growth professionals to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in account management, B2B sales, and client onboarding within the tech industry. This role is onsite at our Bellevue office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients through market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends.
• Generate and qualify leads using outbound strategies, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and networking at industry events.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute prospecting campaigns and strategies.
• Schedule and book meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and client interactions within CRM systems.
• Stay up to date on product developments and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
• Represent the company at local events, conferences, and meetups to expand our network within the local technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably within the U.S. technology industry.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance goals.
• Technical aptitude and an interest in technology solutions. Prior experience with SaaS products or technology applications is a plus.
• Self-starter mentality with a results-driven approach and a passion for growing new business.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
