Location: Moraine, OH, 45439 Company: BWI Group Job Summary: BWI Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account/Financial Analyst to join our team in Moraine, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in financial analysis and reporting. This position will involve working with various financial data, assisting with cash management, and supporting monthly financial close processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with management of Cash, AR, Prepaid Assets, AP, Accrued Liabilities and Fixed Assets. Assist in Monthly Cash Flow Reporting and Forecasting. Support monthly financial close processes, including preparation of account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP. Assist other BWI Legal Entities within the company on SAP issues relating to Accounts Payable and Bank Accounting. FX Transactional Analysis on EUR Bank Account Inflows and Outflow – Monitor Currency Surplus in Cash Balance. Follow proper record retention practices, Financial Internal Controls and perform/monitor as requested. Analyze complex financial and operational data to provide insights that support business decisions. Special Projects as requested. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Corporate Finance is required. Must be kind and respectful to team members and customers in all interpersonal interactions. Must possess problem solving, analytical thinking and reasoning skills. Must be thorough and exercise attention to detail. Must have the ability to prioritize responsibilities. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel: data manipulation, pivot tables, formatting reports, charts. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience in automotive industry. MBA and/or CPA qualifications. Practical experience in college internship positions in accounting. Experience of 1-3 years in Corporate or Public Accounting. Knowledge of manufacturing operations/manufacturing costing/accounting practices. Required Travel: 5 – 10%, local travel and Mexico.
