About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of U.S. Sales and Operations to play a pivotal role in the expansion and leadership of its national platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading U.S. sales growth, developing new customer relationships, and strengthening the operating foundation to support the next stage of expansion. This high-impact leadership position demands a proven track record in industrial, technical, distribution, or related B2B environments, with a focus on speed, accountability, and entrepreneurial thinking. The role involves shaping market strategy, building the necessary structure for growth, and balancing near-term revenue generation with long-term market development.
