Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, with the opportunity to provide vital mental health services from the comfort of your own space. The outpatient nature of our services allows for flexibility in hours worked, primarily scheduled Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM. However, you may need to adapt your schedule to meet the needs of your clients, ensuring that they receive timely access to care. Minimal paperwork will allow you to focus primarily on client interaction and therapeutic engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that meet each individual's unique needs.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address specific mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that meets HIPAA compliance standards while ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.

• Engage in dynamic collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continuously enhance therapeutic practices and the quality of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment strategies, and available community resources to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in the mental health field to inform your practice and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a treatment team.
