We are looking for a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature, and energizing personality. Requirements Recruiting (2 years) Human Resources (2 years) Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational skills Proficiency in MS applications Ability to multitask Must be comfortable working in an office onsite in a warehouse environment MUST be a team player and work well with others Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support related to personnel and recruiting activities Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team to determine staffing needs Assist with job postings for vacant positions Screen and select candidate's resumes for consideration Respond to inquiries from applicants via e-mail, telephone or mail Employment verifications Perform background and drug tests for candidates New Hire Orientations/Onboarding Through a \"Make it happen\" mindset, assist HR Team in ensuring staffing needs are met daily Daily attendance tracking Be the point of contact for all your employees to handle any issues that may arise Summary Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm #J-18808-Ljbffr T E C Industrial Inc
