This position is offered in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in work hours while primarily focusing on serving clients at our affiliated detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

The LCSW will play a vital role in delivering individualized care through a set of key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial evaluations of clients to formulate appropriate treatment plans and diagnoses based on individual needs.

• Creating and implementing tailored therapeutic strategies aimed at addressing the unique emotional and psychological challenges faced by patients.

• Utilizing a range of evidence-based behavioral therapies such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral activation, to foster patient engagement and promote positive outcomes.

• Collaborating with an integrated healthcare team that includes psychologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals within our network, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, employing both remote and in-person methods to track responses to therapy.

• Supporting the management of prescribed psychotropic medications, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating overall treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily focus on patients at our detox center, serving individuals who are often facing complex mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, and significant life transitions. A deep understanding of these challenges will be essential in guiding patients toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy as an independently licensed clinician, showcasing substantial knowledge and practical skills in mental health.
