Back TA (Talent Aquisition) Partner - Administrative & Clerical Stamford , Connecticut Contract Jun 11, 2026 Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing healthcare organization. This role plays a critical part in sourcing and placing top‑tier Allied Health professionals across inpatient and outpatient therapies, radiology, lab, and beyond. This is anonsite position based in Fairfield County, CT. Talent Acquisition Partner's Responsibilities and Duties Source and recruit qualified candidates for Allied Health roles including inpatient/outpatient therapy, radiology, lab, and related clinical disciplines Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse talent pipelines Leverage Oracle ATS to manage requisitions, track candidate activity, and maintain accurate records throughout the hiring lifecycle Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a consultative recruitment experience Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and various job boards to attract passive and active candidates Drive a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance Talent Acquisition Partner's Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree required Healthcare recruiting experience required, with a strong preference for Allied Health background Proven ability to source talent creatively beyond traditional job postings Proficiency with Oracle ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and major job boards Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both candidates and hiring teams Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment RightClick is an equal opportunity employer who agrees not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant irrespective of race, color, creed, alienage, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender (including gender identity), marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr RightClick
